ABOUT THE AUTHOR
A congregational pastor with a deep passion for Christ’s commandment to love neighbor, J.C. Cadwallader writes books that provide children and families a strong foundation of faith with a more progressive Christian theology. Cadwallader has served as a minister in the Presbyterian Church (USA) since 2009. She is a graduate of Appalachian State University (B.A., ‘02), McCormick Theological Seminary (M.Div, ‘08) and expects to graduate from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary in 2026 with a Doctor of Ministry degree (Leadership for Wonder). She and her wife have two children and a dog and live in Washington, D.C.
